Join faculty Rachel Gawell Burns, Nora Krohn, Nick Revel, Abby Swidler and Emily Wright for an extra long restorative weekend of workshops, studio lessons, excellent food, and great people. Open to violinists, violists, cellists and double bass players of all levels. Not sure if you’d fit in? Email us!

Arrival on the 17th around 3:00, final activities around 3:00 or 4:00 on the 20th. Evenings will be spent a piacere: if you prefer to take time on your own to practice, walk, swim, or read, then you are absolutely free to! For those in a more social mood, there will be opportunities to go into town, visit any of the numerous parks nearby, watch movies, and do some wine tasting, among other things.

Cellists and bassists traveling by air: for a small fee, a borrowed instrument can be procured if bringing yours on an airplane is too much of a hassle. Just let Emily know as soon as possible via email: ewright@tamarackarts.org.
